- RGBKeys aims to process and ship orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Estimated delivery time varies depending on destination and shipping method chosen.
- We offer several shipping methods including standard shipping, express shipping and international shipping. Available options will be displayed during checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination and shipping method chosen. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
- All orders come with a tracking number, which is provided once the order has been shipped. Customers can track their order using the tracking number provided.
- RGBKeys ships worldwide. Customers outside the Netherlands are responsible for any customs fees, taxes or import duties that may apply to their order.
- RGBKeys is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by carriers. In the event of delayed or lost shipments, we will do our best to resolve the situation and keep the customer informed.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete address information. RGBKeys is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address information.
- If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, we will contact the customer for further instructions. Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
